Responsible Gaming —
Play safe with n52aa
Gaming should be entertaining, not a burden on your life. n52aa provides tools and guidance to help every player stay in control.
n52aa puts the wellbeing of our players first. Online games can provide entertainment during quiet moments, but without self-control they can lead to financial and personal problems. That is why we provide players with the information and tools they need to make good decisions.
Gaming should be a way to relax and have fun with the people you care about — not a reason to go beyond your budget. This page explains how n52aa players can set their own limits, reach out for help, and recognise signs of a gambling problem.
Players must be 21 or older
Players must be at least 21 years old to access the n52aa platform. Your correct age must be provided at registration, and providing false information may result in account closure. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children cannot access online gambling.
Tools that protect players
Deposit Limit
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. It is the most effective way to keep your spending in check.
Time-Out
If you need a short break, you can set a Time-Out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During that period you will not be able to play. You can apply this through your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you are concerned about developing a gambling problem, you can apply Self-Exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or longer. Once active, gambling will be blocked and you will need to contact Support to have it removed.
Viewing your gaming history
You can review your betting history, deposit history, and withdrawal history. Knowing how much you have played is the first step toward staying in control.
24/7 Support
You can reach our Live Chat any time, day or night, to talk about anything related to your gaming. Support is available in Burmese, and you can also contact us by email.
Gaming as Entertainment
Remember that gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Set a limit on how much you can afford to lose and play for fun only.
Warning signs that you may have a gambling problem
If you recognize one or more of the following signs in yourself, it's time to seek help.
- Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to win back money you've lost
- Trying to stop gambling but being unable to do so
- Using money that should not be spent on gambling (medical bills, rent, school fees)
- Gambling affecting your relationships with family, your job, or your health
- Feeling worried because you have to hide your gambling from family and friends
- Feeling the need to borrow money because of gambling
- Constantly thinking about gambling even when you're not playing, and finding it harder to think clearly
If you are experiencing any of the signs above, stop using the service immediately and contact our Support Team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Self-Exclusion can be arranged straight away through Support.
Ways to stay in control yourself
How to set a deposit limit
Log in to your n52aa account, go to Settings, and select Deposit Limit to set the maximum amount you can deposit within a given period. The limit takes effect immediately. If you want to increase it, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies, so you cannot remove the limit on impulse right away.
How to take a Time-Out
To take a Time-Out, contact us through Support Live Chat. You can choose a period of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During that time, you will not be able to play, make deposits, or receive promotions. Your account will return to normal only after the period ends.
How to set up Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion is a voluntary suspension you request yourself, and can be applied for by emailing [email protected]. Once requested, the exclusion can only be lifted after the chosen period (minimum 6 months) has passed. During that time, you will have no access to play at all.
How to review your gambling activity
Log in to your n52aa account and view your gambling records under Transaction History. You can check which games you played and how much you spent, see how far you have gone over your budget, and use that information to adjust your gambling habits.
